BA Degrees and undergraduate specializations

Our program is flexible and allows you to tailor your studies according to your interests. For undergraduate majors pursuing a BA degree in Asian and Asian American Studies, four specialization tracks are available:

• The Asian American Studies track concentrates on the social, cultural and historical aspects of Asian Americans.
• The Asian Specialization track focuses on the language, culture and historical experience of a particular Asian country or region.
• The Asian Comparative track entails a comparative study that encompasses two or more Asian countries.
• The South Asia track focuses on the study of this region’s diverse cultures.
