Visiting Campus

If seeing is believing, get ready to believe.

Choosing a college is a huge decision. Glossy brochures and websites like this one are only the starting point. To really understand what makes Binghamton so exciting — and how you’ll fit into this new world — you need to experience it for yourself.

Register online to schedule a visit today, which includes an information session and a guided main campus tour; or email the Undergraduate Admissions Office or call 607-777-2171. If you prefer a self-guided tour, download a campus map and take in the main campus at your own pace. If you live halfway across the country (or the world), check out our Virtual Tour (9 min.).

What to Do While You’re Here

Check out our list of campus facilities and visit the ones that catch your attention. If you visit during the school year, catch a Bearcats game, sit in on a class, eat in a dining hall, talk to students and staff, explore the Nature Preserve or even make an appointment to meet with a professor. The Admissions Office is happy to help with any special arrangements.

Don’t forget to explore the whole Binghamton region — check out a Binghamton Mets game, cruise the local art galleries, catch a concert and eat a great meal.

Planning Your Trip

Consult our detailed maps and directions for information about how to find the main campus and where to park. We also provide a list of local lodging and dining options if you’re planning to stay the night near our Vestal campus.
