The Common Application

The Common Application is accepted by 350 selective colleges nationwide and allows you to apply to any participating school with one application. The online application includes a personal essay and a letter of recommendation.

OR

SUNY Application

The SUNY Application allows you to apply to any of the universities and colleges within the State University of New York (SUNY) system with one application. Binghamton University requires completion of several application components:

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) students are required to apply via the SUNY application, and may be requested to complete and submit additional academic and financial application information.

Home-schooled applicants are required to submit additional documentation.

Current Students

Re-enroll - If you have missed two consecutive semesters (Fall/Spring or Spring/Fall) and would like to re-enroll: Download (PDF) an application.

Intra-University Transfer (IUT) or Double Degree -- If you want to apply for a double degree program or Intra-University Transfer (IUT):

  1. Talk to the academic advisor of the school before beginning the application process to be sure your grades and coursework allow you to be considered. Each school has its own requirements.
