Application Status Checker
About 15 days after your application is processed, you can use the Application Status Checker to see whether there are any additional required items you need to provide to complete your application.
This convenient and secure online tool allows you to quickly obtain an update anytime regarding required and received materials for your undergraduate Binghamton application.
HOW TO ACCESS
- Log into the status checker tool in the right-hand column of this page with your B-Number (also called BU ID) and PIN exactly as provided to you. (Note: Each field is case sensitive, so be sure to capitalize the "B" in your BU ID)
- Go to "Processed Application" section
- Click the entry term you applied for
- Review application data to determine if all requirements were received. Required material(s) received by the Admissions Office will be noticed with a "Received Date." Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it may take up to 15 business days before your application and required materals will be noted as "received."
WHAT YOU CAN ACCESS
- Verify receipt of all required application materials to date.
- Identify missing materials required to complete your application.
APPLICATION REVIEW
- Only 100% complete applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

OFFICIAL ADMISSION DECISION
You will be notified of our Spring 2010 or Fall 2010 admission decision via U.S. mail.

FINANCIAL AID AWARD OFFERS
Spring 2010 admitted students who have filed their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will receive e-mail notification from Financial Aid Services about accessing and viewing their online financial aid award offer after November 1, 2009. Fall 2010 admitted students will receive financial aid award notification after April 1, 2010.
