Save the date for summer golf classic

Golfers, mark your calendars for Friday, Aug. 6. That's the date of the 2010 Alumni Golf Classic, which will take place at Traditions at the Glen in Johnson City, N.Y. This is an 18-hole, captain-and-crew golf tournament, including prizes for longest drive and closest-to-the-pin. We also expect the event to have hole-in-one grand prizes. Lunch and a dinner reception are included.

The annual tournament, open to the public, brings together Binghamton University alumni, faculty, staff, and members of the local community.  Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Alumni Association's Legacy Scholarship Fund for Binghamton University students whose parents attended the University.
