Kathryn Grant Madigan appointed to chair Binghamton University Council
Madigan, whose appointment is effective immediately, replaces John Spring, who has served as Chair of the Council since 1999. Spring, who has been a member since 1998, will remain on the Council.

The New York State University Police at Binghamton University has received the Recognition of Excellence-Law Enforcement Service Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Pedestrians, drivers are focus of campus safety
