Think Binghamton advocacy update
Now is the time to emphasize the importance of Binghamton University and SUNY to the vitality of the state and the region, to argue against additional state cuts in higher education, and to advocate for legislative reform including the implementation of a fair and predictable tuition policy for SUNY.
About 40 people competed in the second-ever Binghamton University Alumni Association Bowling Tournament, held Jan. 22, at Midway Lanes in Vestal. This event featured some of the area's top competitors.

In conjunction with SUNY Chancellor Nancy Zimpher's first State of the University address on Jan. 19, SUNY released its video, "The Power of SUNY – It’s Catching On!" featuring students from all 64 campuses in the SUNY system.
