Make plans to attend Homecoming; let us know you'll be here
By Steve Seepersaud
Spring has officially sprung, but we're looking a little further into the future. It's not too early to start thinking about Homecoming 2011. The series of events, planned on campus for Friday through Sunday, Sept. 23-25, will give you an opportunity to relive the fun of your college days, get together with long-lost friends and make new memories with them and with your families.
Plans for the weekend are coming together; however, the following signature events will take place at Homecoming 2011: Tailgate, men's and women's soccer games, fireworks, Black Student Union Fashion Show, AEPhi Greek God, a welcome reception, farewell brunch and the Faust 5K run/walk.
Homecoming is a great time to catch up with friends, see what's new on campus, revisit the places where you made memories, attend residence hall open houses and see what current students are up to.
Visit our website to add your name to our attendee list. Perhaps an old friend or lost love will see that you'll be here and make plans to join you. Don't be shy about reaching out to friends by phone, e-mail, Facebook or the alumni online community B-Connected. If you want to see your friends at Homecoming, invite them!
