2011-12 in Review: Alumni Volunteerism

We made the call to be engaged and make a difference, and our alumni responded.  From July 2011 to June 2012, 626 alumni volunteered at Binghamton University, serving a total of about 5,600 volunteer hours.  Our alumni made a difference by recruiting students to the University, providing current students with career advice, hiring students for jobs and internships, and assisting with the planning and implementation of alumni events and programs.  Several volunteer projects are highlighted in the photo slideshow that appears above.  If you would like to be engaged with the University as a volunteer, please view our listing of volunteer opportunities.  Starting today, you can play a role in helping make Binghamton University even stronger.
