PIN Assistance for Admissions Applicants

Thank you for your interest in Binghamton University! We can help you with any PIN issues you may be having when attempting to log in to view your application status.  Please provide us with some basic information below to receive assistance.

Your request will generally be replied to within one business day.  We appreciate your continued interest, and look forward to helping you!

Troubleshooting Tips, First Steps

Current Student? Current Binghamton University students, students who are being re-admitted, or current Binghamton University undergraduates applying for graduate study may not use this process.  You are able to continue using your PODS credentials to login.  Please contact our Help Desk (607-777-6420) for additional assistance.

Did you apply in the past? If you applied to Binghamton before, you did not receive a PIN as you were previously assigned one.  You may continue to use the PIN and B-Number provided to you during your previous application. You may also request a new PIN below if you have lost or cannot recall your existing PIN.

Have you forgotten a PIN you received? You can use the easy reset process on the login page to reset your PIN instantly.  Simply enter your B-number, and click "FORGOT PIN?" without entering a PIN or password.  You will be presented with the challenge questions you were asked to supply on login.

Incorrect Email Address?  If the email address you provided to the Admissions Office is incorrect, please contact Admissions (607-777-2171) to have it replaced with a current address.  ALL communications from Admissions and support personnel will be sent to the on-file address.

Are we being intercepted by your SPAM filter?  If you have a SPAM filter or identity verification process in place, our automated email may be intercepted.  Please be assured binghamton.edu is on your allowed lists on both your local program or application and your ISP. Also, please review your SPAM folder for messages.
