The Conference and Event Services Office is the primary community contact and clearinghouse for organizations, businesses, and associations interested in renting facilities, classrooms and services for their event. The Office also serves as a resource to the university community when planning conferences and events.

In addition to a State University of New York Revocable Permit, a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1 million liability insurance is required for all non-University events. The Certificate must list Binghamton University, State University of New York and the State of New York as additionally insured. Included with the Certificate, the University must be provided with the declarations page and the endorsement page of the policy which must indicate the required coverage.

University facilities cannot be rented to individuals.

Limited meeting space is available during the academic year.

Summer residential housing is available for conferences during June and July.
