Simulation Symposia - Flight and Ground Vehicle
The Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science offers programs that address all major components and subsystems comprising current complex flight and ground vehicle simulators. Our five-day update in January attracts simulation professionals from around the world. In addition, several specialized or advanced topics courses are offered addressing visual systems specifications, data base design, and group vehicle simulation.
The five-day update program brings world-renowned simulation experts to speak on a variety of simulation topics. The course is suitable for people from a range of backgrounds working (or planning to work) in the simulator industry and for anyone seeking an overview of modern flight simulation. While introducing the key technologies, the course does not deal in detail with the technical methods.
