Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- RECREATIONAL

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Club meets several times a week to practice this particular form of martial arts. The club teaches both sport and self-defense aspects of BJJ. Unlike traditional striking martial arts, BJJ is a submission grappling art that focuses on using the power of your opponent to your own advantage and emphasizes using technique over strength. All are welcome to join.

Club Co-Presidents:
Colin Strieby (cstrieb1@binghamton.edu) and Junaid Nomani (jnomani1@binghamton.edu).
