Get Strong – Stay Healthy – Meet New Friends

Campus Rec provides the Binghamton University community with the opportunity to improve their well-being and incorporate time for rejuvenation into each day. A variety of fitness & wellness program offerings are listed below which allow individuals the ability to focus on all dimensions of wellness - Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Career, Emotional, and Social.

FitSpace is located in the Rec Center at the East Gym and offers a large bright, air-conditioned space dedicated to individual workouts.  Access to FitSpace requires a Fitness Membership.  A variety of fitness equipment is available, including cardiovascular machines, selectorized circuits, and free-weights.

Group Fitness delivers a variety of specialized classes for men and women of all fitness levels. Approximately 100 classes are scheduled each week. A Fitness Membership is required for all classes.

Personal Training offers clientele the ability to participate in fitness evaluations, orientations to the facility and equipment, and individualized personal training sessions by appointment.

Wellness Services is the "zen" place to be on campus.  With dedicated treatment rooms for massage therapy, nutritional assessments, and fitness evaluations, we can help you relax and get closer to meeting your fitness goals.

Additional wellness offerings include certifications, swim lessons, seminars, instructional programming, activities, and non-credit classes that enhance personal wellness.
