Group Exercise
No Competition, No Comparison, Just Camaraderie!
Group Exercise delivers a variety of specialized group fitness classes for men and women of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Each week over 40 classes are offered by nationally certified instructors who will motivate and encourage you to reach your goals in a fun, exciting and safe atmosphere.
Classes target cardiovascular fitness, muscle toning and strengthening, flexibility and mind-body wellness. Classes use special equipment such as resistance balls, bands, tubes, weights, bikes and steps.
Group Exercise classes are included in all FitSpace memberships, or a separate Group Exercise membership can be purchased at the Membership Services Office.
