John R. Premo
J.R. is currently a junior studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. His hometown is Rochester, NY. While not studying or working, J.R. enjoys playing sports, especially soccer and golf. J.R. has worked in FitSpace since 2011 and is now a certified Personal Trainer.
Marra Coffey
Marra is a senior chemistry major. She has been dancing since she is three and was also a member of the track team in High School. Marra is a certified lifeguard and has taught swim lessons. Marra has worked as a Fitness Assistant the past two semesters and is excited to now be a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Phil Ross
Phil is a senior Bioengineering major from Port Jefferson, NY. Phil has participated on the Varsity Track and Field Team at BU as a middle distance runner. He has been a member and captain of the BU Running Club and a member of the BU Swimming Club. He enjoys web development, and competing in triathlons. Phil has worked with Campus Recreation for over a year and just became a certified Personal Trainer.
Adam Schayek
Adam is a junior Neuroscience major from East Brunswick, NJ. Adam has worked for Campus Recreation for over a year and has a passion for fitness. Adam has spent the last 2 semesters as a Fitness Assistant and recently became a certified Personal Trainer.
Dakota Gangi
Dakota is a currently senior at Binghamton studying environmental science and English. Dakota is originally from Queens, NY. Dakota has spent the last 6 years gaining knowledge and experience in weight lifting and has a passion for health and wellness. Dakota is now a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Matt Collins
Matt Collins is currently a senior at Binghamton University. He has been exposed to various forms of physical training for many years, including 17 years of experience in the martial arts. Matt achieved his second degree blackbelt in 2011. He competes in numerous sports on campus including club softball, basketball, and football. He looks forward to being able to share his extensive knowledge about personal training with his future clients.
Mike Cioffi
Mike is a biology major in his junior year at Binghamton University. He hopes to go on to become a physical therapist. This will be Mike's second year working in FitSpace. His lifelong passion for athletics and fitness lead him to become a certified Personal Trainer. His hobbies include soccer, basketball, and snowboarding.
Sadie Schwartz
Sadie is a junior Integrative Neuroscience major with a Health and Wellness minor. Sadie is originally from Queens, NY. This will be her fourth semester working for campus recreation. She has been weight training and running for 7 years and hopes to compete in a figure contest in the near future. Sadie is now a certified personal trainer through ACE and looks forward to motivating others with her extensive knowledge of fitness.
Adam Bender
Adam is currently a junior studying bioengineering, originally from East Meadow, New York. Adam was a member of his high school cross country and track team for 4 years, competing in the 800 meter and mile races. He is excited to now be an ACE certified Personal Trainer and to use his experience and knowledge to help others.
Anthony Aprile
Anthony is currently a freshman studying Accounting and Creative Writing. Anthony grew up in Hauppauge, NY where he earned a black belt in Kempo karate and was a county champion sprinter at his High School. As a certified Personal Trainer through ACE, Anthony is excited to share his passion for a healthy lifestyle with others.
Grace Vickers
Grace is a junior GIS major from San Francisco, California. Grace is the captain of the Varsity volleyball team at BU and has been involved in other various athletics her entire life, including competitive swimming and soccer. Grace has gathered an extensive knowledge of weight training and conditioning from her 3 years of being a Division I athlete. Grace is excited to be a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and to help others on their fitness journey.
Isaac Anteby
Isaac is a sophomore in the School of Management originally from Brooklyn, NY. Isaac has been a Fitness Assistant in FitSpace since the fall of 2012 and has recently become a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In his free time Isaac enjoys a wide variety of activities including basketball, football, and long distance cycling.
Jake Lewis
Jake is a junior English major with a minor in Health & Wellness. In addition to being a certified Personal Trainer Jake is also a certified Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA, teaching classes in disciplines such as cardio, spinning, yoga and aquatics. Outside of his time working at Campus Recreation Jake is a columnist for Pipe Dream and has a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Jeff Adams
Jeff is a sophomore from Boston studying Human Development and Health & Wellness. He has a passion for wellness and all types of fitness, especially weight training and running. Jeff is now an ACE certified Personal Trainer and looks forward to helping others on their path to fitness and wellness.
John McCarl
John is a junior studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is a captain of the BU Jiu Jitsu club and was a member of his high school wrestling team. John is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is also certified in waterfront lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR for the professional rescuer. He enjoys MMA as well as outdoor sports and has a passion for fitness.
Jun Jeong
Jun is a junior Political Science and Economics major with a minor in Health & Wellness. Jun is currently vice president of the BU Crew/Rowing club and enjoys running in his spare time. Jun recently earned his certification in personal training through the American Council on Exercise and is working towards becoming a certified Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Kristina Caban
Kristina is a junior Psychology major with a Health and Wellness Minor. Kristina is originally from Bronx, NY. Kristina hopes to become a Physical Therapist after graduation. Kristina has worked for Campus Recreation for two semesters and just recently became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE.
Kyle Vidasolo
Kyle is currently a sophomore at Binghamton and is originally from Long Island, New York. Kyle has committed many years of his life to obtaining a higher level of fitness by participating in Lacrosse, Football and the Martial Arts. Most recently, Kyle spent this last semester interning as a fitness assistant in order to become a well-rounded and enthusiastic certified Personal Trainer through ACE.
Leanna Lynch
Leanna is a senior studying English and Philosophy at Binghamton University. Leanna was an active competitor on her high school's tennis team. In her spare time, Leanna enjoys running, dancing, and swimming. She is currently training for her first triathlon. This will be Leanna's second semester working in Fitspace, but her first working as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Leanna is excited to use her passion for wellness to create fun and effective programs that her clients can implement into their lives.
