Group Exercise Class Schedule

Our goal is to offer a variety of classes from beginner to advanced levels to encourage healthy habits, relive stress, and meet other students - all in a friendly atmosphere. A valid FitSpace membership, Group Exercise membership, or day pass is required for participation. You must have your BU ID Card to enter the East Gym and check-in to class.

Walk-ins are always welcome, but class sizes are limited. We recommend you reserve a spot in advance.

There is a minimum number of participants required in order to hold a Group Exercise class. Beginning August ‘08, the minimum class attendance must be three (3) participants or greater. If there are less than three (3) participants that show up to a class, the instructor must cancel the class. Those participants will have the option of utilizing FitSpace at that time, if they still desire to workout. The instructor will escort participants to the facility to sign-in.

 

All classes are 1 hour unless otherwise noted as below:

* = 1 hour and 15 minute class
** = 15 minute class
*** = 45 minute class
