Our goal is to offer a variety of classes from beginner to advanced levels to encourage healthy habits, relive stress, and meet other students - all in a friendly atmosphere. A valid FitSpace membership, Group Exercise membership, or day pass is required for participation. You must have your BU ID Card to enter the East Gym and check-in to class.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but class sizes are limited. We recommend you reserve a spot in advance.
