Equipment Rental Center
Rental equipment is available to Binghamton University students, faculty and staff. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early planning is recommended. For more information contact Mike Zuber at 777-6318.

Check-Out
Equipment is available to Binghamton University students and faculty. Payment for the item(s) rented is expected at the time of check-out. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Equipment returned late will be subject to late fees. Individuals returning equipment in a damaged or misused condition will be assessed the full retail replacement value of the item or the cost of repair, depending on the extent of damage.
Check-In
Returning equipment may require 10 to 45 minutes of your time. Please arrive with this in mind! All rentals will be set up and inspected upon return.
Cleaning Fee
Please return all gear clean and dry! A $20 cleaning fee will be assessed per rental if the equipment is not returned in an acceptable condition.
Payment
Payment may be made in cash, checks payable to Binghamton University or Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
