Equipment Rental Center
Rental equipment is available to Binghamton University students and faculty. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore, early planning is recommended. Reservations, however, may be made in person beginning Monday of the week of checkout by paying the full rental fee. For more information contact Mike Zuber at 777-6318.
Adventure Resource Center
In our Rental Center (EG 38), we have setup a Resource Center to help individuals plan trips and excursions. Call 777-6414 for an appointment, or stop by the BOP Office for information about a specific activity or location.

Check-Out
Equipment is available to Binghamton University students and faculty. Payment for the item(s) rented is expected at the time of check-out. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations, however, may be made in person beginning Monday of the week of check-out by paying the full rental fee. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
Equipment returned late will be subject to the additional day's rental fee. Individuals returning equipment in a damaged or misused condition will be assessed the full retail replacement value of the item or the cost of repair, depending on the extent of damage.
Check-In
Returning equipment may require 10 to 45 minutes of your time. Please arrive with this in mind! All rentals will be set up and inspected upon return.
Cleaning Deposit
Please return all gear clean and dry! A $20 cleaning fee will be assessed per rental at check-out. This fee is waived if all items are clean and dry upon inspection OR if renter unrolls, sweeps, washes, dusts and line-dries equipment during check-in.
Payment
Payment may be made in cash, checks payable to Binghamton University or Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
