Internship Postings
The
National Association of College and Employers (NACE) reports that 61.9%
of new hires from the Class of 2004 had at least one internship.
Binghamton students benefit greatly from internship experiences, as do
the employers that sponsor them. The Career Development Center is
always seeking additional internship opportunities to post on our
on-line recruitment system, eRecruiting. Internships may be paid, unpaid, or offer stipends.
To post an internship email your position description to cdcjobs@binghamton.edu

On-Campus Recruiting
Schedule
a date to visit campus to interview students for full time positions or
internships. Students submit their resumes and schedule interviews with
your organization online through eRecruiting.
Employer Fair/Internship & Job Fair
Encourage your organization to participate in these annual events to promote full time employment and internship opportunities.
Nursing Forum
If
you work in a health care facility or an organization that employs
nurses, make your human resources staff aware of this recruiting
opportunity held each semester to recruit nursing students for full
time positions and externships.
Employer Visits
Host
a small (or large) group of students at your organization for a
morning, afternoon or day. Introduce these interested students to the
products and services of your organization. Showcase career
opportunities available. Employer visits are usually conducted in
January over the Winter Break. If this timing isn't conducive to your
organization's work schedule we'll do our best to accommodate another
time period.
