Binghamton University's Career Development Center provides services to meet your organizations professional full-time, part-time and internship staffing needs. Our outstanding students may be recruited through a variety of means and our dedicated staff will work with you to determine the best recruiting methods for your organization.   Below you will find additional information about each of the services we provide.

eRecruiting is an online system the Career Development Center uses to manage it’s On Campus Recruiting Program, Job & Internship Postings, and Resume Books. eRecruiting allows students to access employer information and job postings 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  If you do not already have an eRecruiting account you may begin setting one up today by visiting: Link to employer log on page of eRecruiting (http://binghamton.erecruiting.com/emp/sblogin).

Our Job Posting Service allows you to post your current professional full-time or part-time job vacancies (requiring a minimum of a bachelor's degree), and internship opportunities on eRecruiting for current, graduating students and alumni to view.  If interested, Binghamton candidates will apply to your position.  After receiving applications it will be your responsibility to contact directly those candidates with whom you have interest. You can begin the process of by creating an employer account on eRecruiting as mentioned above or you may e-mail your posting to: cdcjobs@binghamton.edu  We will post the first position for you and provide you with access to eRecruiting through a Binghamton University School Key that will allow you to post future positions yourself.

The Resume Book allows you to perform keyword searches to target Binghamton candidates.  Once again, you will contact directly those candidates you may be interested in pursuing. This option is not available for third party employers however. Resume books may be accessed through eRecruiting.

The On Campus Recruiting Program provides the opportunity to review resumes submitted by students specifically interested in your organization and vacancy, whether it be a full-time or an internship opportunity.  Students submit their resumes on-line via eRecruiting.  From this group of resumes, your organization identifies candidates to speak with in private interview rooms at our facility, and we schedule interview times for you.  Please click on the link above or on the left of this page to learn more about this program and how to schedule your visit.

Set up a Table in the University Union, or schedule a Presentation/Information Session for students. Both of these events offer you a chance to meet with the general student population and provide information about your program or organization.  Tabling events are scheduled Monday-Friday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm.  Presentations or Information Sessions are scheduled Monday-Thursday evenings between the hours of 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For additional information about these types of events please see “Information Sessions & Tabling”.

If interested in using any of our services please contact us at your earliest convenience.  We will be happy to discuss in more detail how the services work and which method may be best for your organization.  We look forward to working with you.
