2012 BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY GRADUATE SCHOOL FAIR
Confirmation Details for Registered Graduate Schools
Thank you for registering for Binghamton’s Graduate School Fair on Tuesday, October 2, 2012.
The schedule for the day will be as follows:CHECK-IN
Please arrive at Mandela Room (indicated on the campus map) between 8:30 and 10:30 am to check in and set up your table. We will provide a sign with the name of your institution/graduate school. Please bring a table cover as we are unable to supply these.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING:
Enter campus through the Main Campus entrance off of Route 434 East (Vestal Parkway). Follow signs for “Graduate School Fair” directing you toward the Visitors Parking Lot for parking. Parking is included in your registration fee. Follow the signs to the University Union and the Mandela Room.
WHAT TO BRING
Students will be interested in obtaining bulletins, applications, and other descriptive materials about your graduate program and institution.
Due to space restrictions we are unable to accept materials in advance. We regret that ANY MATERIALS SENT TO BINGHAMTON PRIOR TO THE FAIR WILL BE REFUSED OR SENT TO BE RECYCLED. Please make alternate arrangements for your promotional materials.
If you have special parking or dietary needs please bring these to my attention by September 14th.
