| Project Description
SCA, the Student Conservation Association, is a national nonprofit that offers national service opportunities with organizations like the National Park Service, the National Forest Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and various state and local agencies. SCA is a 40 hour a week commitment that lasts anywhere from 12 week to 12 months. Members serve in areas like trail work, visitor services, habitat restoration, resource management, education, community outreach, GIS, invasive plant removal, and other related fields. Positions are expense paid and include housing, travel, living allowance, and an AmeriCorps award. All majors and ages are eligible and you do not need to be a student. SCA requires an online application. |
