GIA Company is a startup minority owned business located in Scranton, PA. Our mission is to assist Christian mothers achieve success as mothers and in the work place. We provide 24 hours child care services. Our staff support our families by nurturing, inspiring, and engaging children to explore, manipulate and make sense of their environment,. Our curriculum focuses on the development of the WHOLE child to help them grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. We are interested in the development of a rich program for our children. We welcome staff members with diverse experience to contribute to our growth. We aspire for excellence in our work and so closely work with Keystone Stars Program to create a rich experience for children, parents & staff. Currently, we are a group child care and expect to expand. We looking for assistance to develop our afterschool program and summer program for our children.

Individuals must be willing to submit to a background check as they may be coming into contact with the children are the child care. The clearances are: child abuse, criminal record & finger print. The child care will pay for these clearances if the student doesn't have them. They would also need first aid training & CPR if they plan to engage actively with the children. I'm willing to pay for the first aid & CPR training if the prospective volunteer doesn't have one.
