Project Description

- Work with existing organizations and coalitions to strengthen and improve campaigns in the fight against allowing hydraulic fracturing for shale gas. - Increase awareness about this destructive process by assisting in hosting public informational forums - Work to get various groups signed on against fracking including religious leaders and business owners. - Help create flyers, press releases, and other materials Skills: Excellent verbal, telephone, reading, writing, and Microsoft Office abilities. Passion Commitment: 8-10 hours per week mostly day/evening. Your time commitment should be roughly a semester in length.
