Project Description

Colleges Against Cancer (CAC) is a nationwide collaboration of college students, faculty, and staff dedicated to eliminating cancer by working to implement the programs and mission of the American Cancer Society. With hundreds of chapters nationwide, CAC is showing the world that young people care and want to make a difference. BU's CAC has a lot of new programs we started last year, including Bearcat Buddies, getting the campus to go tobacco free & plenty of other initiatives. Our big project for the year is putting on the Relay For Life event that happens every spring semester. We're a diverse group with one thing in common...fighting back against cancer & a passion to find a cure!

Training Required: NO
Immunization Proof: NO
Application Needed: YES (If you would like to become a committee member for Relay For Life, a short application is required.)
