Planned Parenthood of South Central New York, Inc. provides high quality, affordable family planning health care and education in Binghamton, Norwich, Oneonta, Sidney and Walton, NY. All medical care is overseen by a Board Certified Gynecologist. Medical services may be free or on a sliding fee scale. We see over 10,000 patients a year in our health centers and thousands more in educational programs.
