The West Side Neighborhood Project (WSNP) is a grassroots initiative dedicated to building a safe, vibrant, and diverse student-friendly community on the West Side of Binghamton. The project serves the interests of landlords, long-term tenants, student households, homeowners, businesses, and cultural institutions.
