The mission of the Broome County Urban League (BCUL) is to enable minorities and the urban poor to secure economic self-reliance, parity and power, and civil rights. We focus primarily on youth, ages 5-18, offering after-school and summer programming, tutoring/mentoring, technology classes, and workforce development. As well, we offer comprehensive referral services to other community agencies and private industries.
