The Bridging the Digital Divide Project is a collaborative effort launched by AmeriCorps, Binghamton University's Center for Civic Engagement, Broome Community College, and NY Campus Compact.
We would also like to thank our local co-sponsors Advanced Computer Solutions, Blue Storm Technologies, Charlie's Computer Services, Red Barn Computers, and Eco International for their continued assistance and support of the Bridging the Digital Divide Project.
Since its inception, BDDP's list of community partners has continued to grow. The project has established formal partnerships with over 10 community agencies whose common goal is to increase access to and training in information technology for local populations of youth living in poverty, the unemployed and under-employed, immigrants and refugees, and the elderly.
