Volunteer Opportunities

Hillel Winter Break Relief Volunteer Opportunities Sign-Up

Hillel at Binghamton is working now to identify projects that students may be able to do during Winter Break 2012-13. Thousands of college students will return to the NY / NJ area during breaks and we can make a big difference in the lives of people who were so affected by the storm.

In order to match you up with the kinds of projects you could do and when you are available, please use the form here. This form is a statement of interest, not a commitment that you will definitely volunteer, but it gives us a good sense of the people who will be available to volunteer.

SUNY partnership with The American Red Cross

To support long-term efforts, we need the support of all SUNY campuses. Volunteers are needed in the affected areas to distribute aid. SUNY has set up a website to direct interested students, faculty, staff, and alumni on how to get involved: www.suny.edu/sandy/

Interested parties may browse volunteer opportunities or make donations directly. Please use this site as we attempt to collect an idea of our SUNY-wide impact.
