The College of Community and Public Affairs is located in the new, state-of-the-art University Downtown Center at 67 Washington Street in downtown Binghamton, across from the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. The departments of Human Development, Public Administration and Social Work, and a program in Student Affairs Administration are housed in the building, as is the dean's office.
