The University Downtown Center, home to the Department of Human Development and the College of Community and Public Affairs, suffered damage from the September floods in the Binghamton region and is currently undergoing repairs. As a result, all CCPA offices and departments have moved to temporary quarters in the Engineering Building on the Binghamton University campus at 4400 Vestal Parkway, Vestal.
