Student Marshals
Undergraduate and graduate Student Marshals for fall 2011 are selected by their school’s dean’s office and/or academic advising office. Undergraduate students who are interested in being considered for this honor, must contact the Commencement Office by Friday, September 30.

Benefits of being a Student Marshal
- Receive VIP event seating tickets for all your guests
- Lead your school’s contingent of graduating students in the processional and recessional
- Name appears in the Commencement Program
- Don’t forget: Limelight and bragging rights!
Regalia
- Student Marshals receive gold stoles at no charge from the Commencement Office when they pick up their cap and gown at the University Bookstore.
Rehearsal
- There will be a mandatory training for all Marshals on Friday, December 9, in the Events Center. Details will be emailed after Marshals are selected.
