Guest Tickets
Undergraduate and graduate students receive six (6) guest tickets for Spring 2012 Commencement when they pick up their caps and gowns. Tickets are provided at no cost. Graduating students do not need a ticket, and children under 5 years old do not need a ticket.
Make sure you have the right color
Tickets are for a specific event; make sure you have the correct ticket for your student's ceremony:
- Graduate School - orange ticket - Saturday, May 19 at 5 p.m.
- Harpur College Morning - pink ticket - Sunday, May 20 at 8:30 a.m.
- Professional Schools - green ticket - Sunday, May 20 at 12 p.m.
- Harpur College Afternoon - blue ticket - Sunday, May 20 at 3:30 p.m.

WHEN: Monday, May 14 through Friday, May 18 (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
WHERE: Undergraduate Admissions lobby (Academic A)
WHO: Any student - graduate or undergraduate - with a Commencement Participation Form on file who presents photo ID.
DETAILS:
- Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last, with a maximum of 6 additional tickets (for a total of 12 guest tickets).
- If there are any extra tickets remaining at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, students will be notified via email. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis until gone.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of extra tickets.
Handicapped Seating at Commencement
Special tickets are not required for accessible seating.
We have made the following arrangements to accommodate guests who need accessible seating:
- Upon entering the Events Center, guest(s) will be greeted by volunteers
- Volunteers can provide wheelchairs and transport guests to/from accessible seating. Please note: Wheelchairs may not be used for event seating.
- Only one (1) companion may accompany a guest in the accessible seating area.
