Events Coordinating Committee

The Events Coordinating Committee (ECC) is charged to:

• ensure that all appropriate event scheduling policies and procedures are followed
• evaluate the alignment of events with the campus mission
• identify needs or issues associated with events
• avoid major scheduling conflicts
• determine appropriate measures to maintain safety and security at campus events
• identify special services or needs of events scheduled

ECC comprises representatives from all divisions across campus. Members meet every 2-3 weeks throughout the academic year.
