You must have a valid Binghamton University ID card to access most services available for students. The Financial Aid and Registrar Student Services office (SW119) issues ID cards to students who have registered for at least 1 credit. If you aren’t currently enrolled at Binghamton, you may obtain your ID card no earlier than one week before the start of summer classes. The cost to replace a lost, stolen, damaged or demagnetized card is $20. Students registered at Binghamton during the Fall 2011 or Spring 2012 terms do not need to obtain an ID card for summer session,
All motor vehicles parked on campus must display a valid University parking permit. Parking permits may be purchased at Parking Services in Room G-8 of the Couper Administration Building or at the Information Booth on Bartle Drive.
Meal plans aren’t available during Summer or Winter sessions, but the University’s dining services offers several choices for meals and snacks. Students may pay for food and beverages using their BUCS (Binghamton University Card System) card or cash/credit.
