Exhibits will be located in the Holiday Inn Arena, Binghamton, NY.
October 5, 2011: 7:30 am - 8:30 am; 10:30 am - 11:00 am; 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm; 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
October 6, 2011: 7:30 am - 9:00 am; 10:30 am - 11:00 am; 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm; 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
October 7, 2011: 7:30 am - 8:30 am
The Holiday Inn Arena will provide each exhibitor with one 8 foot, clothed table. Additional accessories such as signs are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Wireless internet access is available in the exhibition area at no additional charge.
Table space is assigned based on date of receipt of the completed application. All table dimensions are believed, but not warranted to be accurate.
No exhibitor shall reassign, sublet of share space without written consent of a member of the planning committee. Demonstrations, interviews and other activities must be confined to the assigned space. Displays should not obstruct other exhibitors’ displays.
Exhibitors may set up their exhibits beginning at 6:30 am on October 5, 2011. Dismantling must be completed 3:00 pm, October 7, 2011.
Items may not be tacked or stapled to the Holiday Inn Arena property. Exhibitor will be liable for repair or replacement of damaged property.
