Exhibit/Vendor Information

1. Exhibits will be located in the Holiday Inn Arena, Binghamton, NY.
2. Two levels available:
1. $500 — An exhibit table for duration of conference, recognition on website and in conference materials, and one complimentary conference registration.
2. $300 — An exhibit table for duration of conference, recognition on website and in conference materials.
3. A $300 deposit must accompany this application. Deposit is non-refundable after September 15, 2011. Any balance due on reserved booth space must be paid by September 15, 2011. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of assigned space and deposit.

Official Exhibition Rules and Regulations

All exhibitors are subject to the following rules and regulations.

Exhibition Location, Dates, and Times:

Exhibits will be located in the Holiday Inn Arena, Binghamton, NY.

Exhibition Hours:

October 5, 2011: 7:30 am - 8:30 am; 10:30 am - 11:00 am; 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm; 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm

October 6, 2011: 7:30 am - 9:00 am; 10:30 am - 11:00 am; 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm; 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm

October 7, 2011: 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Booth Equipment and Construction:

The Holiday Inn Arena will provide each exhibitor with one 8 foot, clothed table. Additional accessories such as signs are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Wireless internet access is available in the exhibition area at no additional charge.

Space Assignments:

Table space is assigned based on date of receipt of the completed application. All table dimensions are believed, but not warranted to be accurate.

Use of Exhibit Space:

No exhibitor shall reassign, sublet of share space without written consent of a member of the planning committee. Demonstrations, interviews and other activities must be confined to the assigned space. Displays should not obstruct other exhibitors’ displays.

Installation and Dismantling

Exhibitors may set up their exhibits beginning at 6:30 am on October 5, 2011. Dismantling must be completed 3:00 pm, October 7, 2011.

Care of Facility:

Items may not be tacked or stapled to the Holiday Inn Arena property. Exhibitor will be liable for repair or replacement of damaged property.
