Resources and Tools

We hope the counseling-related resources provided on this page will be helpful to you. However, keep in mind that direct, face-to-face counseling by the professionally trained staff at the University Counseling Center can’t be replaced by this (or any other) website tool. So whatever the nature of the problem you’re struggling with, we recommend and hope you’ll contact us for additional assistance or to get formal counseling by our staff professionals.

You may also want to take the online ULifeline Self-Evaluator test. This is an anonymous resource that provides information about emotional health and ways to help yourself or a friend if you’re struggling with your thoughts or feelings. You’ll need to select your school and the tool will provide information about the resources available there.

Also, check out the VIRTUAL PAMPHLET, which provides a large listing of electronic pamphlets on a large array of topics!
