People

The Computer Science Department is a friendly, collegial, welcoming environment that includes:

• 25 full-time faculty including 20 tenure-track faculty and 5 adjuncts,
• a small but friendly and helpful administrative staff,
• approximately 480 enthusiastic and talented undergraduate majors and
• 196 hardworking and intelligent graduate students, including 61 PhD students.

Approximately 26 of our graduate students are supported as teaching assistants each semester, and approximately 22 more are currently supported as research assistants, a number that is consistently growing.
