To apply for CSTEP, please fill out one of the following application forms and return it to the CSTEP office.
If you need help downloading or completing the form, please call the CSTEP office at 607-777-6184.

To save (download) an application form to your computer, right click on the application link and

• in Internet Explorer Save Target As
• in Netscape Save Link As
• in Firefox Save Link To Disc

In Word, fill in the form by clicking in the grey boxes, entering your responses, and save. In the PDf, mouse over the area for each answer (the cursor will change), enter your responses, and save. Email the completed application to cstep@syr.edu. Sign the form at the CSTEP office.
