The Elder Services Center

The Elder Services Center helps families and other caregivers, as well as health professionals, learn positive approaches to managing the problems associated with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. We aim to preserve and enhance functional abilities and quality of life in patients with Alzheimer's Disease, and help maintain their independence in the community by means of medical care, counseling and education.

Alzheimer's disease occurs most often in people over age 65, although it also appears in people in their 50's or even 40's.
