MS in Psychiatric Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification

The Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification program is a 48 credit program designed for those who are interested in the field of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and want to pursue an advanced role as a Nurse Practitioner.  Students will be prepared and eligible to apply for state licensure and to sit for national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification – Post Masters

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification program is a 33 credit program designed for those who already have a Master of Science in Nursing are interested in the field of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and want to pursue an advanced role as a Nurse Practitioner.  Students who already have Nurse Practitioner certification in another field may request a waiver for coursework already taken.  The student must provide syllabi to be eligible for waiver consideration.  Students will be prepared and eligible to apply for state licensure and to sit for national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan.
