The Binghamton University EAP is part of the New York State Employee Assistance Program, which is a state workforce initiative, and has received support and endorsement by state management and unions for 30+ years.
The EAP Committee (118K pdf), which oversees the Employee Assistance Program, is the longest standing joint labor-management committee at Binghamton University. Members represent various University unions and administrative areas. You may contact your area or union representative if you have questions about the EAP. The EAP Committee Bylaws (101K pdf) are used to guide the committee in its advisory capacity.
