- Lead and manage the Educational Communications Center
- Design classrooms with integrated instructional technologies
- Promote ECC’s services and expertise to the university community and educational communications’ organizations

Audiovisual Services
Calvin Larrabee and Diana Merrill-Havens
- Provide excellent conventional and state of the art audiovisual equipment to the university community
- Provide routine inspection and maintenance of classroom installations and help expedite repairs
- Provide timely media circulation, duplication, projection and professional sound system services

Learning Environment Systems
Rick Sedlak and Jay Pisani
- Design and construct multimedia technology classrooms
- Repair and maintain all equipment utilized by audiovisual services
- Serve as design and equipment consultant for new instructional technology projects
