Binghamton University shall create and maintain an Incident Management Team (IMT). This team shall have responsibility for the coordination of all emergency planning, including, but not limited to, resource management, personnel qualifications, and equipment certification.
The IMT shall be chaired by the university Emergency Manager and shall meet regularly.
