Interested in being part of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)? First-semester freshmen and transfer students entering this fall are welcome to apply! ELP participants do not need to have held previous leadership positions -- what's expected is that you will have interest in learning about, developing and practicing your personal leadership skills, along with committing to be an active participant in the program.
