Students must sign up for housing before deadline: June 15th, 2009
Housing deposit is waived for EOP students
Residential Life

- Go to the Reslife Website and fill out the housing request form. The housing request form will be available April 15.
- When filling out the form, indicate that you are interested in a Learning Community.
- Choose the community and hall where your Learning Community preference is based.
- Choose the appropriate class(es) associated with that hall.
- Contact the Learning Community staff either by email or by telephone. You must speak with a staff member before your enrollment is finalized.
EOP wants to encourage you to sign up for the links that have the following courses:
- Sociology
- Writing 111
- English
- History
For students who wish to sign up for the science courses (i.e. chemistry, math etc.) please contact EOP.
Sign up for Learning Communities and Housing will be available in April. Check back soon!

You must submit:
Work income
All 2008 IRS forms and schedules for the applicant and applicant's parent(s) if taxes were filled; tax returns must be signed. Includ copies of all W-2 statements.
Social Security
All 1099 forms for 2008 received from the Social Security Administration for each person in the household who received these benefits
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Statement from Social Security Administration listing total amounts received in 2007 by all family members.
Public Assistance
Documentation from the social service agency of total benefits received in 2007 by all family members (DO NOT SENDPUBLIC ASSISTANCE BUDGET)
Child support
Signed statement from parent(s) of total amounts received in 2008
Other income
Signed statement from parent(s) of total amounts received in 2008 from any other source not listed above.
AND
No parent tax return filed
Pleasant request a 2008 "Tax Return Transcript" (1722) from the IRS office (phone 1-800-829-1040). This letter is required if your parents will not file taxes for 2008
