Campus Involvement I am the Political Correspondent of the Black Student Union in which I serve as the Program Coordinator of the U.T.U.R.N. Mentoring Program. Also I am a member of the X-Fact’r  Step Team.

Message to BEP 09 The EOP Program really is a great program for incoming students to be introduced to the college life and fully understand the transition from High School to College. Message to BEP 09 College is all about finding yourself and figuring out what you want to do after you graduate, and you have fun in the process too. My advice is to take things day by day and everything will fall into place. Don’t feel overwhelmed if things are not going as planned. TRUST ME, not everyone who comes in knowing what they want to major in graduates with that degree.

Interests/Hobbies I love to eat, travel, and try new things.
Campus Involvement I am part of Chi Alpha Epsilon, national honor society, and Sigma Omicron Pi, sorority inc. I do various charity and community service work on campus. Currently I am participating in China Night modeling show, and my sorority is putting on a step show.

Major Creative Writing and Global Culture. LACS (Latin American Caribbean Studies) Minor
Interests/Hobbies My interests include listening to music, watching movies, and playing basketball and football.  I also enjoy spending time with my closest friends doing whatever it is that we do (play NBA 2K9, talk about life, and about our personal problems).  I enjoy listening to people, and experiencing new things/ideas.  I am all about growing intellectually and as a person.
Campus Involvement I am a Resident Assistant in Marcy Hall of Mountainview College.  In addition to this position, I am the Office Manager for my building.  I am in charge of maintaing the order of the material in the office, its cleanliness, and producing things such as inventory lists for our games.  I have a Federal Work Study job in the office of undergraduate admissions.  My duties in this office include filing, data entry, and designing excel sheets of EOP applicants.  I am also the Vice President of La Unidad Latina Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc.

Message to BEP 09 Come to BEP with an open mind.  Expect to learn, have fun, befriend some new people, and to experience a whole new world.  Bring your full self to BEP.  This summer is going to be one to remember, and may possibly be your most memorable moment here at Binghamton.  If it doesn't end up being that, it will definately be a memory deeply engraved in your memory bank and will carry you all the way until you graduate. AND YOU WILL GRADUATE!!  I can't wait until you all get here.
