REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED TO THE FALL 2013 ACADEMIC SUCCESS PROGRAM
Please complete all requirements before the start of the Academic Success Program.
Requirement 1: Pay your Deposit
If you haven't already, go to paydeposit.binghamton.edu to pay your enrollment deposit. This will secure your spot at Binghamton University and as a student in the Academic Success Program.
Requirement 2: Complete and submit the ASP Financial Statement
Download and complete the ASP Financial Statement (.pdf, 164kb). An official bank statement verifying a total of $40,400 is required in order to obtain a an I-20 form and participate in ASP. Financial documents can be submitted by email to international@binghamton.edu.
Requirement 3: Activate your BMail
If you have not already done so, make sure to activate your BMail account today. Your BMail account is where the University sends all official communication so make sure to check it regularly. Please do not rely on someone else to read your email.
Important note to students in mainland China: Binghamton email is delivered through Gmail. If you have problems accessing your email account at http://bmail.binghamton.edu please go to https://mail.google.com/a/binghamton.edu.
Requirement 4: Sign up for Housing
Fall housing signups begin in mid-April. You need to register as soon as signups are open in order to receive a mailbox address. If you do not sign up early, your mailing address will be delayed. You will receive an email with instructions on how to register. Note: The fall 2013 semester will include a week-long break during September. If you need to stay on campus, be sure to sign up for "break housing." When you register for fall housing, you will be assigned the "standard" meal plan. Requirement 5: Health Forms
- Medical History Form (.pdf, 152kb), side 2 requires a doctor's signature
- Under 18 Consent Form (.pdf, 89kb), only for students under age 18
- Tuberculosis Screening Form (.pdf, 98kb)
Complete and submit your forms as soon as possible via:

- Email (PDF attachments only): health.forms@binghamton.edu. All required forms must be received by the Decker Student Health Services Center before your arrival on campus or you will not be allowed to register for your fall courses.

Requirement 6: Official, Final High School Transcript
Be sure to request to have your final high school transcript mailed to Binghamton University, Undergraduate Admissions. An official, final transcript is one that is stamped and dated to note your graduation.
Requirement 7: Official Test Scores
If you self-reported your test scores via SOARS, you must contact the testing service to have your official test scores sent electronically to Binghamton.
