The Events Center's Events Staff Representatives are dedicated to providing service excellence that comes with a warm welcome
and friendly smile each time you visit. Our staff can be identified by their labeled shirts, their helpful attitudes, and
their knowledge about how to make your visit to Binghamton University Events Center the very best it can be.
Guest Relations Desks
For your convenience, there is a Guest Services Desk in the Events Center located behind Section 106 on the Main Concourse,
near the elevator. Staffed for every event, Events Staff Representatives can answer questions, give you helpful information
and provide special services.
